Flushed loop The sample loop is completely (quantitatively) filled with sample resulting in extremely good reproducibility. Partial loopfill The sample loop is partially filled with sample; this means low sample loss and programmable injection volumes. µL Pick-up After aspiration of sample, the sample is transported into the loop with transport liquid (mobile phase); this means no sample loss. This Varian Prostar 420 Autosampler is in great condition. It has been tested at SpectraLab Scientific. A 90 day warranty is included.
